At New Jersey Centers of Counseling, we offer full service counseling and advice to adults who need therapy and coaching to help better serve their lives. Our founders, Richard and Morrisa Drobnick, are licensed social workers specializing in many different areas of adult counseling in 07621. We offer psychotherapy for adults, teenagers and children, as well as couples counseling and family counseling.
Also widely known as Mars & Venus Counseling Center, the New Jersey Center for Counseling provides flexible hours during the day, evening and weekend so that we may serve all our patients and their ever changing schedules. Besides youth and adult counseling in 07621, we offer addiction and substance abuse counseling, pre-marital and marriage counseling, and counseling for those stricken by grief or who are in bereavement. We even offer therapy for pet losses. Our telephone counseling can be done over the phone for both couples and individuals and we offer life coaching for those who need more direction in their lives. Our individual therapy sessions focus on diagnosing and subsequently treating the issue or problems at hand, teaching the individuals how to deal with and move forward in a healthy manner from their issues. Some common issues include: marital problems, feeling alone, dealing with children, trauma, abuse, death or general depression and anxiety.
Many issues can be helped with the benefit of psychotherapy. Therapy raises many issues to be dealt with by the individual, allowing them to grow, learn and heal from the problems as they are tackled one at a time. The ultimate goal of adult counseling in 07621 is to help each individual achieve their goal and to feel free and clear of the original issues that they came in for. In this manner they can feel free of the burden of their psychological problems and move forward to a healthier life and state of mind. We aim to form a trusting and therapeutic relationship with each client, so that they may start with a good foundation for treatment and feel comfortable in our offices. Establishing trust is a good way to start a therapeutic journey, because each individual opens up in their own time.
